The room was comfortable with reliable aircon and power, although the pillows were slightly too firm. The owners' family was also helpful, providing transportation for a small fee. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the room and garden were kept clean and well-maintained. We had a fantastic stay, with easy access to nearby amenities and great value for money.

Okavango Lodge in Livingstone is a gem! The rooms are super clean and the bed is so comfortable. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from shops and restaurants. The hosts are amazing and really went out of their way to make our stay special. They even took us to Victoria Falls when we were running late for a taxi. So friendly and helpful!

Although the staff did their best to keep the Lodge clean, there was no regular cleaning routine. However, the most inconvenient aspect was the lack of hot water.
